We are recruiting for individuals who are mature and opinionated for our Mystery Shopping, if you'll like to find out more.
What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery Shopping is an evaluation method that is practiced since 1940?s by companies or firms to find out how their products and services are received and thought by their customer. In Mystery Shopping, it involves Mystery Shopper posing as a regular customer evaluating products and services provided by the company.
With the evaluation, crucial information will be generated with objectives to improve service quality that hence, improve the sales and the revenue in a company/ firm.
We are looking for matured individuals to participate in a Mystery Shopping project for 2016.
Currently, we are embarking on a project that requires matured individuals who would like to do visits within the vicinity below as a Mystery Shopper. You will be briefed prior to the assignment to ensure that the Mystery Shopping is conducted accordingly.
This Mystery shopping must be conducted at any day from Monday to Sunday (depends on the working day of the outlet you were assigned) within working hours (9:30AM to 5:00PM) or after working hours (7:00PM to 9:00PM ) depends on the operating hours of the outlet and it will only take at least 30 minutes to be completed. (Please make sure and be CLEAR that you are flexible and able to visit during working hours)
