Mencari Tapak Niaga di Melaka/Negeri Sembilan

As Salam, saya mencari tapak perniagaan di area Melaka/N9 seperti dibawah:

1. Tapak pasar malam
2. Tapak pasar pagi
3. Tapak terbuka di sekitar kawasan tumpuan org ramai
4. Tapak parking/kawasan lapang yg dibenarkan oleh tuan punya tanah
5. Menumpang di tepi shoplot pd waktu malam (boleh bayar pd owner kedai jika berpatutan)

Tetapi, sy buat masa sekarang tak berminat utk buka di pasaraya2 besar spt mydin/tesco/ekspo kerana komitment sewa tinggi, So, agen2 tak perlu call sy jika sewa melebihi RM1k ke atas sebulan.

Brg yg akan diniagakan ialah beratus-ratus barangan keperluan/serbaneka/mainan/aksesori harga RM1 dan RM2 yg berkeluasan 20x20, insha Allah.
