Based in Jakel Mall, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
? Administrative support
? Filing and data entry
? Maintaining the filing system and ensure all files are up to date.
? General clerical duties
? Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management team.
? Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Requirements:
? Minimum SPM or STPM qualification or its equivalent.
? Without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
? Computer literate, knowledge of word and excel.
? Able to speak, write and read in English, Bahasa Melayu
? Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Self-motivated, possess initiative & a strong sense of responsibility.
? Able to maintain confidentially of sensitive information
? Full-Time positions available and able to start work immediately
? Preferably Male with Oil and Gas background
? Expected Salary : RM 1,600.00
