1. Pendaftaran program dan akan diberikan Passport Kesihatan/ Fitness Passport
2. Gambar sebelum dan selepas
3. Saringan kesihatan seperti Berat Jisim Badan, Gula dalam darah, kolesterol dan tekanan darah akan dilakukan
4. Khidmat nasihat oleh pegawai perubatan berpengalaman serta dibantu oleh pakar nutrisi/dietition
5. Senaman aerobik akan dilakukan setiap ahad.
