Kadar sewa MYR 200 untuk 20 jam :

Keluasan 1500sqft

Lengkap dengan :
- 1 bilik pengurus (workstation)
- 4 unit workstation (4 kerusi + 4 meja)
- ruang kosong 10ftx15ft untuk produksi bawa prop sendiri
- rak kaca berlampu untuk display

Info lain:

- kawasan pejabat yg sunyi (tingkat 6, ada lif)
- sesuai untuk shooting ala indoor studio, forum show
- perabot agak old fashion, boleh bawa prop/furniture sendiri jika mahu
- jika ingin cat /tukar warna dinding, dibolehkan asalkan nampak presentable/cantik
-kadar sewa termasuk elektricity
