Landscape Architect
Min 3 years (Senior Executive/ Manager)
Area: Selangor - Shah Alam/Subang – Puncak Alam – Kuala Lumpur
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): Proficient in interpreting architecture and engineering drawings, good understanding and knowledgeable in landscape architecture (Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel)
Job descriptions:
• Designing and managing various types of projects, coordination and client, other consultants, specialists, contractors and local authority.
• Competent and able to attend meetings with clients and coordination with other consultants.
• Good knowledge and skills on the analysis, planning & conceptual design, design development and landscape presentation etc.
• Proficient to prepare drawings and document for local authority submission, tender and working drawings, site report and site evaluation etc.
• Report and share on works progress, problem, issues and ensure proper documentation.
• Capable to create a good working environment, smart thinking, good motivation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge on hard landscape detail drawings and soft landscape planting material.
• Able to review submission drawings from external consultant at various stages i.e. conceptual stage, design development, tender and contract administration level to ensure that they are aligned with management's requirement and expectation.
• Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project
• Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
• Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs
• Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
• Handling tender process
• Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
