ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK - TENDER, PROPOSAL & CONTRACT ADMIN.
Experience: 1 year experience in related field, fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply.
Qualification: Any degree/diploma, preferably Degree/Diploma in Administration or equivalent
Job Function:
? Reporting to Senior Tender & Proposal Executive /
Senior Executive
? Register & update ITB(Invitation to Bid) / RFQ(Request
for Quotation)/RFI(Request for Invoice) Register Log.
? Assist in preparation of RFI/Screening submission
Responsibilities:
? Prepare weekly & monthly reports
? To control and filing documents related to tender &
proposal
? Assist in preparation for submission of Commercial &
Technical Proposal such as printing, scanning,
photocopy, compilation of document, etc.
RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative support including general
clerical and daily office duties.
? Attend to incoming telephone calls, screen & direct
calls to respective staff.
? Receive incoming documents or parcel, acknowledge
and distribute.
? Maintain tardiness of reception and lobby area is a
must.
? Responsible for managing the reception desk and
handling enquiries.
? Attend to walk-in guests
? Any other job assignments required by your superior
and/or the management from time to time
Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least SPM/Higher
Secondary/STPM/, Professional Certificate
? At least 2 years of working experience in the related
function
? Preferably Non-Executives specializing in
Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
? Good written and verbal communication skills in
Bahasa & English
? Computer literate
? Pleasant personality
