Prepare staff payroll, EPF & Socso calculation
To prepare tender documents / find suppliers
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Perform data entry and administrative task such as mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirement and practices
Maintain office supplies for department, control stock in and out.
Answer in and outgoing calls when required
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office application
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Good interpersonal skill, mature and independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,300.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Experience:
