Job Description of Product Owner
Scope of Works:
1) To gather and analyze user needs and system requirements from the various stakeholders.
2) To prepare and develop system specifications and system design.
3) To create and manage product backlog.
4) To prioritize and ordering items in the product backlog.
5) To act as primary liaison between the development teams and the customers.
6) To participate in Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
7) To evaluate and inspect the product progress at each iteration and Sprint.
8) To perform system testing and develop related system testing reports, in particular System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Provisional Acceptance Testing and Final Acceptance Testing.
9) To prepare and develop Test Scripts, Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
Special Skills Required:
1) Certificate in CPRE and/or CTFL will be an advantage.
2) Excellent documentation skills, in particular Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Software Design Document (SDD), Software Testing Report, System Manual and Support & Maintenance Report.
3) Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology.
4) Demonstrate competency with the following CASE Tools, in particular Jira, Redmine, Draw. io and TestLink.
Requirements:
1) Possess Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2) Three (3) Years working experience in related field.
3) Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
