ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (HAMSHI KITCHEN SDN BHD)
Job Descriptions:
1) Assist in prepare and follow up quotation, report preparation, typing, filing and other general account functions;
2) Handle all issuance of invoices;
3) Responsible for filing the accounting documentations in timely and accurate manner;
4) Accounts data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger;
5) To ensure data and records are kept up to date;
6) Handling general accountancy and administrative duties;
7) To perform any other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM, in any field.
2) Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (computer literate).
4) Familiar with some basic MYOB Accounting System will be added advantage.
5) Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
6) Work independently with minimum supervision, a good team player and work under pressure.
7) Dedicated and willing to learn.
8) Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
9) Full-time position available.
