Key Responsibilities: As a Marketing and Business Development Manager at PAWADA, you will:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive product adoption.
Utilize market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
2. Business Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
3. Brand Management:
Manage and enhance the brand image through effective communication and promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives.
5. Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in FMCG marketing and business development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting FMCG products.
