GLOCAL LINK TRAVEL & TOURS (M) SDN BHD is established travel agency invite Malaysian candidate to fill the position
handling hotel reservation and issuing Airlines tickets recording of sales & handling tour packages
• Min. Diploma
• Min. 2- 5 years above working experience in required position
• Ability to speak and write in English and Malay
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Abacus system
THOSE NOT RELATE TO THE FIELD NEED NOT APPLY
• Handle the customers enquires regarding the airline products and service professionally
• Ensure diligent follow up and full fill promises made to customers and agents
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and agents
• Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service
• Support Travel Agents by assisting them with their general enquiry and booking
• Issue exchange order/invoices for ticketing process
• Quoting airfares and ticketing related tour fares to clients
• Complete day to day and periodical ticketing sales return
• Coordinating sales collection and reconciliation
• Ensure that all necessary ticket related documents are filed, flight schedules are updated, and brochure, sales and promotional materials are displayed and distributed to supporting agents
• Checking/administering airfare contract held with airline and issuing tickets according to the rules and conditions of the fares
• Report any irregularities that occur in the work place to the Management
• Able to handle customer complaints and enquires with tactfulness
• Follow up and feedback on sales all call to agents with proactive solution
• Attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
