2. Sentiasa membuat pemasaran umrah sama ada online atau offline.
3. Memantau semua anak team dari proses sebelum, semasa dan selepas.
4. Melayan pelanggan dalam memilih dan mendaftar pakej umrah.
5. Kemasukan data dan pemfailan butiran pelanggan.
6. Buat daftar masuk hotel & pembahagian bilik untuk pelanggan semasa perjalanan.
7. Membuat jadual kelas dan kursus umrah atau mempromosikan pakej Cakna.
8. Mengendalikan kempen / info berkenaan umrah di media sosial (Website/ Instagram/ Facebook/ Tiktok/ Twitter dan sebagainya)
9. Sentiasa update info terkini di media sosial Cakna Travel berkaitan pakej umrah.
