Salary : RM6000 - RM8000
* MUST HAVE*
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- 5 years of experience in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development
- Experience in building and construction industry
- Skillful in online and traditional marketing
- Highly skilled in visual communications
* OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
- Good team player and communicator
- Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment
- Excellent time management and organization skills, meticulous and delivers quality work
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
- Highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese dialects is an advantage
* RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Responsible for building the company holistic brand identity in the building and construction industry
''-Leading the Project Brand team with an ''''outside in'''' perspective''
- Leaning on insights gleaned from external partners and market research to ensure our innovation and brand strategies are in line with Total Coatings Expert
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders within the Company and externally with our business partners and professional bodies
- Develop brand strategy and define short-term and long-term brand development goals and recommend program activities for Project Segment
- Developing and implementing programs and initiatives designed to amplify company brand strategy and increase brand awareness
- Responsible for effective and timely implementation of brand plans, monitoring of brand health, A&P budgeting, project sales planning activities and performance
- Provide contents, develop internal and external publications such as news releases, newsletters, bulletin & magazine
- Lead business analysis including sales, market trends, competition, consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Identify market drivers and translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights, actionable plans, and strategies
- Research and evaluate new and innovative marketing tactics, agencies and partnerships to continuously evolve project marketing plans
- Manage partnership strategy: participate in speaking engagements and work with developers, interior designers, architects and other institutions related to project segment
