Kelayakan :Sijil @ Diploma dalam bidang IT

Bidang Tugas :
1. Menyediakan bantuan teknikal IT kepada pengguna akhir di premis kami.
2. Setup dan configure peralatan IT yang baru seperti computer, laptop, printer dsb
3. Menjaga perkakasan IT seperti E-Mail server, Data Server dan lain-lain.
4. Menjaya peralatan network seperti switch, firewall dan lain-lain.
5. Mempunyai pengetahuan Microsoft Windows 2003 server dan V-LAN adalah kelebihan.
6. Pengetahuan dalam bidang CCTV juga satu kelebihan.
