1) OPERATOR QC:
- Mengira kuantiti barang pesanan mengikut kuantiti yang dipesan oleh pelanggan
- Membungkus dan menyusun barang siap mengikut pesanan pelangan.
- Memeriksa dan memastikan kualiti barang pesanan mengikut spesifikasi pelanggan
2) OPERATOR MESIN:
- Mengikut arahan dan melakukan tugasan yang diberikan oleh Penyelia
- Mencetak barang mengikut butiran permintaan pelanggan dengan berpandukan
- Mengendalikan mesin cetak yang ditugaskan mengikut ‘Standard Operating Procedure’ yang disediakan.
- Memastikan mesin di dalam keadaan baik dan selamat untuk digunakan
- Membersihkan mesin setelah selesai tugas harian sebelum pulang
Kelayakkan :
LELAKI (BUMIPUTERA)
MINIMUM SPM,
MEMPUNYAI PENGALAMAN / TIADA PENGALAMAN
BOLEH MEMBACA DAN MENULIS
3) PURCHASING CLERK/ ASSISTANT
Job responsibilities:
* Check and record purchase requisition
* Liaise with supplier for quotations and negotiation price. Prepare and analyze price comparison summary.
* PREPARE Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers and follow up on the deliveries
* Liaise with Suppliers on any matters or issues.
* Set the parameters of criteria and to evaluate supplier Quality of service/goods, Price, Delivery Performance and Service.
* Monitor stock item & unit price in inventory stock and checking if there is enough stock in the inventory to meet the requirement assist on delivery document
* Prepare monthly stock report
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/certificate/Diploma/Degree in any filed
* Experience at least 2 years in any administrative/purchasing field.
* Highly analytical and strong technical
* Computer knowledge
