1 Day Yogyakarta City Tour - Prambanan Temple
- Visit : Sultan Palace, Water Castle, Bird Market, Silversmith, Batik Processing and Prambanan Temple
Morning at 0800 you'll be picked up by our tour guide and then we start our City Tour visiting: Sultan Palace, Tamansari Water Castle, Bird Market, Silversmith, Batik Processing.
Sultan Palace : was built in 1756 and located in the heart of Yogyakarta. This place has function as king residence, cultural and tourism object. The place lies alongside from the north to he south with total wide 1,5 kilometers.
Taman Sari Water Castle : was built in 1761 by King Mangkubumi and relief was combination among; Europe, China, Hindhu, Budha and Islam. The place has function as pleasure garden since Sultan HB I-III and the are three swimming pools are: For king, his wife and his children.
Ngasem Bird Market : is located only 400 meters west of Sultan Palace and believed as the oldest bird market in Indonesia was found in 19 century. Market displays is not only many kind of bird but also among pets like: Rabbit, dog, cat, bat, snake etc.
Upon completion of the tour we drive to Prambanan for exploring Prambanan Temple. Prambanan Temple Compounds is the largest Hindu temple complex in Indonesia and one of the largest Hindu temples in south-east Asia. It is characterized by its tall and pointed architecture, typical of Hindu temple architecture, and by the 47m high central building inside a large complex of individual temples. The temple complex dates from the 9th century, and is dedicated to Shiva.
Next to the main complex (called Loro Joggrang), the Buddhist Candi Sewu and the temples of Lumbumg, Burah and Asu also are part of the World Heritage Site.
Upon completion of the tour we will return back to Yogyakarta city center for overnight / transfer to next destination.
1 Day Borobudur Temple - Prambanan Temple Tour
- Visit : Borobudur Temple, Pawon Temple, Mendut Temple, Prambanan Temple
Upon arrival in Yogyakarta, meet and greet by our tour guide and directly proceed to the temple.
The trip takes around 1 hour 15 minutes and will drop the visitor on the parking area before the temple. From the parking area one has to walk around 300 meters to reach the hill where the temple is standing in pride. Starting from the first gallery one see one by one panels with carving of bas relief and some stone sculptures up to the last gallery where the sculptures of the Bodhisattva are plenty in the Stupa and outside Stupa. An old inventory said the the temple recorded 500 statues in all the area.
From the temple the surrounding and the Merapi volcano give very beautiful panorama. On the way back to the city visit will also be done to smaller Hindu temple such as Candi Pawon and Candi Mendut.
The existence of Buddhist Candi as big as Borobudur side by side with Hindu Candis giving and indication that in the past the people were very knowledgeable that they accept the differentiation and could manage themselves as a true appreciator of the art and culture. After finish we continue to go to Prambanan for exploring Prambanan Temple. Yogyakarta 2 Days 1 Night Tour

D1 : Pick up at airport and tour will start visiting Merapi volcanoes on the nearest village kinahrejo to see cold lava after completion tour in kinahrejo area we drive to Borobudur Temple in Magelang area via beautiful scenic area and snake fruit plantation, drive for around 45 minutes to Borobudur Temple finish the tour drive to yogyakarta city for overnight.
D2 : After breakfast we drive to visit Sultan Palace, Tamansari Water Castle, Bird Market / Pottery village lunch in kotagede area and continue to Prambanan Temple in the evening. ( Ramayana Ballet Performance is optional)
Yogyakarta 3 Days 2 Night Tour + Dieng plateau
- Visit : Prambanan Temple, Dieng plateau, Borobudur Temple, Sultan Palace, Tamansari Water Castle, Bird Market/Pottery Village.
D1 : Pick up at airport - continue to drive to Prambanan Area and than visiting Prambanan Temple in the evening, finish the tour back to Yogyakarta for overnight ( Ramayana Ballet Performance is optional)
D2 : Early morning we drive to Magelang-Temanggung-Wonosobo-Dieng for about 3,5 hours this journey depart via magelang - home of the National Army Academy - and Temanggung. Enjoy dramatic scenery as we drive through the tea and tobacco plantation of the Sindoro - Sumbing Valley - some of the most spectacular country side you will ever see. Visit Java's Oldest Hindu Temple, dating from 8th century (Bima Temple,Gatotkaca Temple, Pandawa Temple and Arjuna Temple). See the active volcanoes crater (Sikidang Crater) and also take in beautiful of Telaga Warna ( Coloured ) and Telaga Pengilon (mirror lakes) finish the tour in Dieng Plateau continue drive back to Wonosobo city to have some lunch and than continue to drive to magelang area to visit Borobudur Temple. Finish visiting Borobudur Temple we drive back to Yogyakarta City for overnight.
