1. Junior Administrative Position at Petaling Jaya.

1. Consultation company.
2. Location at Petaling Utama.
3. Salary: RM1,000 - RM1,500
(+ allowances and others)

Requirements:

1. Female (20-28 years)
2. Pleasant personality
3. Presentable in appearance
4. Diploma/Degree in any field
5. 1-2 years of working experience
6. Honest, sincere and willing to learn
7. Good communication skills
8. Fair command in English
9. Able to work independently and flexible hours

Responsibilities:

- Handling office administration, such as filing, letter, arrangement of meetings, and following up with daily tasks.
- Screening phone calls, emails, messages and others.
- Generate or sourcing information.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and others.
- Liaising with authorities and accompanying in meetings with clients.
- Anticipate the needs of others (teamwork) in order to ensure the best professional and positive experience.

Commencement date : Sep/Oct 2021.

2. Public Relation Executive at Kuala Lumpur

- Coordinate and liaise with authorities.
- Organize and supervise various Public Relations activities.
- Measure performance of each activity and event.
- Determine KPIs for PR.
- Measure and produce reports.
- Use different channels to optimize campaign's reach and success.
- Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews.
- Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and etc.
- Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENT :

1. Minimum 1 years experienced in the related field (experience in influencer marketing favourable is an advantage) or similar field
2. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Mass Communication or relevant field
3. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
4. Good organizational and time management skills
5. Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
6. Attention to details
7. Critical thinker and analytical problem solve

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00
(+ allowance and others)
