Job Description:
?Overall coordinator for Graduate Talent Development Program (GTP).
?Initiates continuous improvement to the GTP, training system, processes and program.
?GTP interns performance tracking and assessment
?Prepare training materials for in-house induction courses & conduct induction session.
?Monitor and review the progress of interns together with mentor and clients
?Maintain all records of GTP.
?Liaise with all parties involved in the GTP.
?Conduct internal training where possible.
?Coordinate all programs such as HSE awareness, technical knowledge session, etc which require participation from GTP interns.
?Liaison for HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) and manage the fund for company?s training program.
?Assist Senior HR Exec in all aspects of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, performance management, succession planning, industrial relation, disciplinary and counseling, employee communication, and culture cascade, as and when required.
?Participate in Group events, sports and recreational activities and be committee members if required.
?Any other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualification:
?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
?At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
?Strong interpersonal skill and conversant both verbal and written in Bahasa & English.
?Possess excellent computer literacy in MS Office and familiar with HRIS software
