Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Minimum SPM and above
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
- Can work under pressure
- Can start immediately
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply!
Responsibility
- Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident, and patient)
- Handle incoming customer inquiries over the phone.
- Identify the cause of problems and recommend solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From RM2,150.00 per month
