Location: Subang Hi-tech Industrial Park, Shah Alam, Selangor
Working Hours: Rotating shifts from (6.30 am to 2am) - 9 hours
Working days: 5 Days Work with 2 Days Off (Including weekends & Public Holidays)
Employment type: 12 months contract (renewable)
Basic Salary: RM 1,800 - RM 2,000 (Based on experience)
Shift & Attendance Allowances: +/- RM500
Language Allowances: RM 500
Performance incentive (based on performance) up to RM 1250 + OT
(Overall Package (RM3000++)
Other benefits: Free Staff Parking, Staff Line Number (RM 100; 15 GB), Maternity & Paternity Leave, Disaster Leave, Medical Insurance
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for handling the inbound calls and assisting with customers’ inquiries pertaining to the company products and services.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, processes, and technology content displays.
Job Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in contact centre is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday.
- MUST be able to be based in Shah Alam.
- MUST be fully vaccinated.
