We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of business development, sales and marketing, and to help drive growth and expand our market presence. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Job Scope/Responsibilities:
* Source and engage with Stakeholders (SH) such as Local Authorities, Government Agencies, GLC, Koperasi, NGO, Consultants, Banks, new investors and clients by helping to develop strategies.
* Prepare and deliver proposal and presentations to potential SH.
* Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Engage in cold calling and email outreach to potential SH.
* Support in negotiations and closing deals with SH.
* Utilize social media platforms to promote company products and services.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred in Business Development portfolio.
* Prior experience in handling government agencies is an advantage.
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
* Goal-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Effectively bilingual in Malay and English.
* Self-driven, ''Can do'' attitude and willingness to work hard and to learn.
Task-Related Competencies:
* Persuasive and negotiation skills
* Cost management techniques
* Listening and communication skills
* Customer relationship management
