Kami menyediakan bilik untuk disewa kepada guru-guru @ sesiapa yang ingin buat tuisyen, kelas bacaan quran, fardu ain, training etc.

Capacity bilik: 10-15 orang murid.

- almari
- whiteboard
- kerusi
-meja
-makerpen
-duster
- tong sampah
-ruang solat etc

Lokasi : Bandar Baru Perda, Bukit Mertajam
Harga Sewaan:
1 bilik : 2 jam = RM 40
1 hari = RM 70
4 x sebulan / 2jam sehari: RM 80

Promosi pembukaan: 15 terawal akan mendapat diskaun 20%
Bilik terhad, first come first serve.
Khidmat catering juga disediakan.
