LOCATION : DAMANSARA
APPLICATION IMPLEMENTER (40 positions)
Qualification : Min Dip @ Bachelor?s Degree in any
discipline
- 2-3 year experience in IT application implementation & support is preferred
- Fresh graduate with passion in coaching & application implementation will be considered, preferably with academic background in IT, computer science & health science
- Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Possess good interpersonal skills, patience, effective communicator and
willing to coach & assist users to master the application
- Able to work independently with good working attitude & discipline
- Must willing to travel extensively throughout nationwide
- Must be a local Malaysian
Expectation package: RM2,000 to RM3,800, depending on working experience
Responsibilities
- Learn & master the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS) application & related hardware & equipment which will be implemented in all government
hospitals & clinics
- Conduct hands-on coaching and provide guidance to hospital & clinic users including doctor, pharmacist, matron, nurse & registration clerk during PhIS system Go Live at respective site
- Provide support & resolution on site to any implementation matters
- Report & liaise with central support team for problem resolution & advice
- Compile post-implementation report for submission
- Prepare & schedule for site implementation activities & schedule

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma @ Bachelor?s Degree in any discipline
- 2-3 year experience in lecturing, training & IT application support is preferred
- Fresh graduate with passion in training & coaching can be considered, preferably with academic background in education, nursing, pharmacy & health science
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English is compulsory
- Confident public speaker and/or presenter
- Possess good interpersonal skills, patience, effective communicator & willing to transfer their knowledge to the trainee
- Able to work with minimal supervision & good working attitude & discipline
- Must willing to travel extensively throughout nationwide
- Must be a local Malaysian
Expectation package: RM2,000 to RM4,500, depending on working experience
Responsibilities
- Learn and master the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS) application which will be implemented in all government hospitals & clinics
- Conduct training courses to hospital & clinic users including doctor, pharmacist, matron, nurse & registration clerk
- Update and maintain course content & training materials
- Compile post-training activities report for submission
- Plan and prepare training syllabus and schedule
TECHNICAL SUPPORT (10 positions)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT technical support and maintenance services is preferred
- Fresh graduate with passion in I.T. system & technical services will be considered, preferably with academic background in IT Networking, System Configuration & Technical Support
- Able to work independently with good working attitude & discipline
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with commitment on client's SLA
- Able to handle flexible working hours on demand basis
- Extensive travel within Malaysia is required
- Must be a local Malaysian

- Ensure all PhIS related hardware, equipment and system are operating in
good conditions at the hospitals and clinics

- Report & liaise with central support team and third-party vendors for problem resolution & action
- Prepare problem diagnostic and resolution report for submission
