Requirements

Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any related field or equivalent
1 Years Working Experience in any related field
25 Years old ++
Preferable All JOHOR area
Preferable for those have Takaful/Insurance License is an advantage
Good Public Relation, Communication Skills, Basic Calculation,
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibility

Prospecting for new clients & maintaining an on-going relationship with existing clients
Assess clients financial situations, understand their needs to design an appropriate financial plan
Engage & involve thru event Promotion and booth
Attending training and coaching
Establish clients records
Prepare career path to be Leaders/ Managers/MDRT achievers
