- Boleh bekerja dengan cepat dan tanpa menunggu arahan
- Berkebolehan melakukan kerja pertukangan dan penyelenggaraan bangunan
- Boleh kerja lebih masa
- 1 tahun pengalaman

3) Cleaners & Landscap
- Boleh bekerja dengan cepat dan tanpa menunggu arahan
- Mahir dalam bidang pembersihan
- Mahir menggunakan peralatan pembersihan
- Bekerjasama dalam kerja berkumpulan
