We are looking for Admin cum Personal Assistant for Director
Ressponsibilities:
1) Assists Director of the company in daily business and personal tasks
2) Management appointments, meeting schedules, call screening, travelling arrangements for Director
3) Preparation of letters, correspondences, reports, memorandums, agendas, meeting materials and taking minutes of meetings for Director;
4) Assist Director office in handling day to day office & operational matters, especially on tracking of deadlines and follow up with respective parties;
5) To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Administrative Officer as required.
6) Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by management
Requirement
1) Max. DIPLOMA in Business Administration/ Office Management/Secretarial or equivalent.
2) Age between 23- 28 years old
3) Single
4) Female
5) Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels & staffs
6) Excellence command in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and verbal
7) Can start work immediately
8) Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office and minutes taking.
9) Highly organized, possess high integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time
10) Exprienced : 1-2 years
