(1) Receptionist cum General Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Receive visitors and phone calls, to attend to the walk-in customers and visitors at the reception counter.
? Handling all incoming and outgoing mails/couriers service.
? To undertake other administrative duties as and when required.
? Keep the reception area well maintained and neat.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum SPM.
? At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? An excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and have pleasant personality.
? Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
? Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
? Full-Time positions available.
(2) Account Clerk
JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Assist in daily accounting duties, such as AP, AR & GL.
? General book keeping & filing.
? To perform any tasks assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Candidate must possess at least a SPM/''O'' Level, any field.
? Posses basic accounting knowledge.
? Full-Time position (s) available.
? Computer Literate.
? Spoken Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
? Responsible, wiling to learn, able to work independently.
