JOB DESCRIPTION
* Responsible in handling day to day office administration duties such as preparing invoices, purchase order, delivery order, etc.
* Update and maintain proper document record.
* Assist in filing and storage of documents.
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email & fax.
* Handle ad-hoc tasks given.
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required.
* On the job training will be provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or above.
* At least 1 year of working experience in related field would be an added advantage.
* Knowledge in stock inventory and basic accounting. Ability to use SQL Accounting System software would be an added advantage.
* Pleasant, good organizational and communication skills.
* Required language (s) : English & Malay.
* Required skill (s) : MS Office and computer literate.
* Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage.
* Full time position available.
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday (8.00am ? 6.00pm)
Saturday (8.00am - 1pm)

SALARY
* RM1200 ? RM1800 (Based on working experience and added knowledge)
