* KEMUDAHAN: sebelah Jusco Aeon Alpha Angle yg mmg sgt best dan hampir semua ada kat situ! Pasar malam setiap malam isnin yg buat rambang mata sbb pelbagai benda ada dijual! Byk kedai makan, kedai serbeneka, kedai mamak, 7 Eleven, dobi, salun, cybercafé dan mcm2 lagilah!

* KRITERIA DICARI: Seorang lelaki pandai buat hal sendiri, tak busy body, jenis pendiam lagi bagus, suka privasi, No perempuan/family/dadah/arak. Boleh byr sewa sebelum 5hb setiap bulan tanpa bertangguh. Jika anda sukakan privasi dan buat hal sendiri, maka inilah rumah yg paling sesuai!
