Project Administrator / Secretary (Contract Position)
Based : (Kuala Lumpur - Kerteh)
Job Descriptions:
1. Provide administrative / project management support and logistical support for meetings, training, course and workshops.
2. Provide project assistance, including preparation of relevant documents to project teams.
3. Capture and record critical information and maintain systems for reporting and audit purposes.
4. Respond to emails and other communications with advisers, clients and project partners.
5. Liaise with other staff engaged on the project.
6. Ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Organisation?s requirements, procedures and standards.
7. Administering the project information, filing and distribution of documents.
8. Monitoring resource utilisation and manage the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
9. Assisting, maintaining and manage the project documentation library and assists with the production of user documentation.
10. Sets up and manages support functions.
11. Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary.
Skill and Competency:
1. Advanced competence in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Data entry skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent planning and time management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Requirements:
1. Female Only.
2. Administration / commercial or related diploma or degree.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience providing administrative support and specialist knowledge and experience in a project-based / construction, property services or green building products.
4. Willing to be relocate to project site.
5. Posses valid driving license / transport.
