Job Description:

- Assist Operation Analyst.
- Operates the IT Help Desk to receive complaints and services request concerning Company IT resources.
- Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.
- Prepare/Setting up new pc for new user with standard setting.
- Install, repair, maintain, upgrade and format computer systems as well as printers.
- Configure email (Outlook).

Requirement:

- Must have a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Must be able to converse in English and Malay.
- Willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work extra hour.
- Must have knowledge in Hardware, Software and Windows Operating System.
