We are well established CIDB class G7 Company with Building Construction & Civil Engineering and Project Management. Due to our expansion, we would like to invite dynamic and highly motivated professional to join us. We are looking for potential candidates to apply for the following vacancy:-
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:-
May assigned with Account & Finance job function such as:
• Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records
• Prepare and ensure that all payment signed by authorized signature
• Assist with pursuing overdue debtors
• Process staff expenses claims and ensure the claims are properly authorized
• Maintain bank balance information
• Maintain petty cash records
• Maintain cash journal records
• Handle incoming calls as required
• Undertake another assigned task as required
• Document filing
Requirements
• Candidates must possess at least Fresh Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field.
• At least 1 – 2 years experience in the related field is required.
• A self starter and be able to work independently.
• Computer literacy in SQL Software is preferable, MS word, excel etc.
• Candidates should be Malaysian citizens.
