Training, Coaching cum Support Executive - to be able to understand software, train customers and other people to use the software, provide coaching and also handle helpdesk/support for clients.
Hi all,
We are looking for 1 person to join us as Training, Coaching cum Support Executive. You should be able to understand software and also train people to use software (you need to be able to talk in front of many people). You will also need to handle helpdesk and support for customers. You need to be patient and also a problem solver. It is a plus if you have some experience in sales / customer service previously. You may also be required to travel from time to time, so, need someone who will be able to travel.
You may also need to do some sales as customers may purchase direct from you while you supporting them. There is commission for this.
There will be additional trainer's allowance, travel allowance, etc. So, basic is RM1500 when plus allowance and commission, may exceed RM2000/month depending on performance.
Training will be provided.

This position may require travel from time to time to train/coach/support the customer and not for sales. However, you may be required from time to time to give demo to clients (we have separate sales team, so, sometimes you may be required to help out the sales team).
