a) ADMIN ASSISTANT (1 position)
Responsibilities:
1. Handling of incoming phone calls, mails and social media.
2. Perform general administration tasks.
3. Maintain efficient and proper filing of documents.
4. Checking/closing of Employee Claims and Petty Cash receipts.
5. Assist in reporting as when required by the management/superior.
6. Any other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
B) SALES EXECUTIVE (1 position)
1.To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities as well as administrative support to maintain and develop sales and marketing
2.Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
3.Managing budgets and sales target;
4.Evaluating marketing campaigns;
*BONUS and COMMISSION available
Requirements:
1. At least SPM/ ?O' level, higher Secondary/STPM/ ?A' Level, Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or any related field.
2. Possess own transport to Office
3. Computer literate: Competent in MS Office and Internet
4. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Self-starter, performance driven, aggressive and result-oriented.
6. Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Pro activeness and timely delivery of assigned work.
8. Female Malaysian citizen only.
9. At least 1 year experience

Working day :
Mondays to Fridays : 9:30am to 6:30pm
Lunch Break : 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Saturdays : 9.30am - 3.00pm
