Kepada yang berminat sahaja. Asalnya adalah sebuah SPA dan kami ingin memindahkan SPA kami ditempat yg lebih besar memandang student kami semakin ramai. Jadi kami bercadang untuk menyewakan dan dijadikan sebuah TASKA. Bagi sesiapa yang berminat untuk menyewa, sila 'Private Message' saya. Tempat yang amat selesa, Parking PERCUMA semasa penghantaran dan mudah bagi ibu bapa menghantar anak2 dan tiada traffic jammed dan ianya amat sesuai untuk dijadikan TASKA.

-Keluasan dalaman 25X75 dan keluasan sepenuhnya 40X80
- mempunyai 3 bilik, 2 bilik air dan 1 bilik stor
- mempunyai 2 ruang tamu
- Siap dapur cabinet yang selesa
- tempat yang berpagar
- Suasana yang tenang dan tempat yg redup kerana kawasan kami mempunyai pokok-pokok yang menghijau

Harga Sewaan Sebulan RM1,000.00 (boleh dirunding)
