Salam.

Kami dari MG Enterprise ingin mencari pengganti (menjual makanan / minuman) utk tapak kiosk kami di dlm One City Mall, USJ 25, Subang Jaya.

Sebab utk berhenti :
Produk makanan & minuman kami tidak sesuai utk dijual dlm Mall,
Kami menjual ABC , Cendol etc.

Goreng2 menggunakan Tong Gas tidak dibenarkan kerana ia adalah open area.

Boleh membeli dari kami kiosk partition yang telah didirikan atau jika ada konsep sendiri, boleh construct yang baru. Konsep kiosk yang kami telah dirikan bersesuaian dgn apa jua jenis produk anda.

Harga Sewa Bulanan : Rm2,500.00
Space : 240 sq ft
(Kiosk beserta tempat duduk utk pelanggan)

Lokasi Kiosk kami adalah sangat strategik di dalam Mall ini.

One City Mall adalah Mall yg baru dibuka tahun lalu, sangat cantik, lengkap dgn Wayang, Gym, banyak pejabat berhampiran, ada Kolej & Hotel yg baru dibuka.
Sebuah tempat shopping eksklusif 'The Place' berhadapan nya juga akan dibuka.
Mall ini terletak berhampiran kawasan perumahan Subang Jaya & Putra Heights.
