Bermula 1.6.2014, saya sedang mencari penyewa untuk menyewa tapak saya sendiri untuk dijadikan tapak car wash. Kawasan ni terletak dalam kawasan taman dan tempat kenderaan lalu. Kawasan memang strategik, tapi bergantung kepada anda sediri. Syarat2 kemasukkan seperti di bawah:

- Berpengalaman
- Dah ada pekerja
- Sewa RM1500/month
- Kemasukkan anda akan bayar RM5500 termasuk RM1000 elektrik deposit.
- RM4500 akan ditolak selama 3 bulan. Bermaksud, 3 bulan pertama anda tak perlu bayar sewa.
- Bayaran penuh perlu dibuat jika anda setuju. (bayaran tak akan dipulangkan)
- tanah ni tanah persendirian dan senang untuk apply lesen.
- Tolong jangan tanya saya banyak tak kereta owner sebelum ni, sebab saya tak tahu nak jawab macam mana.
- sebarang pertanyaan lain, sila call saya terus.
- saya akan updated disini jika dah ada penyewa.
