Saya ingin menjual tanah kebun saya di kawasan Parit-Seri Iskandar, Perak di bawah harga pasaran. Sekiranya berminat selepas dijual saya bercadang untuk mengusahakan tanah tersebutt secara pajakan 60-40 dengan modal saya sendiri untuk sejenis tanaman yang dibenarkan yang mampu memberi pulangan RM1-3Ribu/Ekar sebulan mulai bulan ke10. (Geran 1 : 2.037 ekar) (Geran 2 : 6.38 ekar) (Geran 3 : 3.356 ekar). Harga RM20000-25000/ekar. Nak beli 1 ekar pun boleh untuk saya pajak dan usahakan selepas selesai proses jualbeli dan tukar nama.
