We would like to offer the member and associates of Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia Putrajaya the exclusivity of placement in the new landmark of Nilai 3 Wholesale City, which is the Nilai 3 Street Mall. Our company has been given the task to develop and manage food outlets in the new mall and we feel this would be a great opportunity for us to work together in furthering the development of entrepreneurs in Malaysia.
The Nilai 3 Street Mall is the latest addition to the ever growing Nilai 3 Wholesale City. The Street Mall was develop to complement the existing wholesale city by providing a family friendly shopping experience with air conditioned eating outlets, free wifis and a surau to help families wind down after their extensive shopping. The Nilai 3 Street Mall would be the only big box mall around the vicinity and it is surrounded by attractions such as weekend entertainments for the family, a proposed budget hotel and a more comfortable dining place. With a traffic of 20,000 visitors on weekdays, and up to 150,000 visitors during weekends and public holidays as well as the Nilai 3 Street Mall being a designated place by Tourism Malaysia, the potential for the place to become de facto tourist and visitors attractions is exponential.
Currently we have openings for 13 food court outlets, 8 kiosks and 3 dining area. The food court would be situated at the first floor and the kiosk and dining area would be on the ground floor. For the food court, we will be providing basic amnesties such as electricity and water outlets, shared dining area (300 pax), and cleaning services. The operator needs to provide their own utensils only. The rental rates for each food court outlet is between RM 3000.00 to RM 3500.00 depending on the location and the size of their outlets. We are looking for vendors to provide these food services

3) Aneka Mee/Meehon/Keu Teow
4) Satay
5) Yong Tau Fu
6) Sizzling/Hot Plates
7) Masakan Ala Carte
8) Masakan Western
9) Nasi Kukus / Masakan Kelantan
10) Masakan Chinese Muslim
11) Masakan Middle Eastern
12) Nasi Ayam
13) Assam Pedas
The list is a suggested clients that we are looking for, but we do welcome any other speciality depending on the proposal given by the vendors. For the kiosk and dining outlets, we are open to any proposal by the vendors. The food kiosk will have all the basic amnesties provided by Katalist. The rental rate for the kiosk and dining outlets will be provided based on their proposal.
We are offering a 2 + 2 rental period with a deposit rate of 2 + 1. The proposed opening for the mall is on August and we are expected to open the food court and food kiosk by that time.
