Sy mempunyai sebuah tapak berniaga (Ayam goreng,cendawan, dan sebagainya) utk dilepaskan di FOOD COURT dlm universiti malaya.

Tempat memang ramai pelajar...
Sy nk tolak sekali dgn semua peralatan niaga RM25k nego tipis smpi jadi..
Peralatan termasuklah, freezer dapur, periuk utk goreng, dapur gas, tong gas 2biji,warmer 2, dan perkakas lain... boleh tmbh menu niage...bincng dgn tuan tanah.
Jualan memberangsangkan shari 600-700, sbln 15-17k.
