1. Bilik master- Boleh muat dua queen dan ada ruang bacaan/study. (Bujang boleh muat 5 orang)

2. Dapur asal dibiarkan kekal- tambah di belakang sebgai dapur basah.

3. Di tingkat atas di belakang bilik kedua ada ruang balkoni. (Bhgn Belakang tkt atas). Tujuan balkoni ini dibuat adalah sebagai ruang dobi. Letakkan mesin basuh di sini, cuci baju dan sidai di situ juga. Tak perlu risau baju basah kerana hujan ketika kita tiada di rumah.

4. Plaster siling di semua ruang. (kecuali toilet)
