* Hanya Perempuan bujang student/bekerja
* Bilik utama boleh masuk 3org+bilik air, bilik kedua boleh 2org, bilik ketiga
boleh 2org, bilik keempat boleh 1orang
* Maximum hanya 8org sahaja boleh masuk
* Deposit : deposit sebulan + sewa sebulan = RM400
* Kadar sewa : RM 200/seorang
* kemudahan dan peralatan dalam rumah, television, peti ais, mesin basuh,
katil, tilam, bantal, almari, meja makan, dapur masak.
* Kemudahan luar kawasan rumah : Kedai, taman permainan, taska, dobi

- 5 min: Terminal Bas Sentral Kuantan
- 5 min: Wisma Belia, SUKPA dan kolam renang MPK
- 7 min: Kompleks Pejabat Kerajaan Indera Mahkota
- 7 min: Taman pertanian
- 10 min: Highway (LPT exit Kuantan)
- 10 min: Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport
- 10 min: Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan
- 15 min: East Coast Mall, Megamall dan pasaraya besar Giant
- 15 min: Kuantan Medical Centre (KMC) dan Kuantan Specialist
- 20 min: Teluk Cempedak dan Taman Gelora
- 20 min: Highway (LPT exit Gambang)
- 30 min: Gambang Waterpark
- 10 hingga 15 minit ke bandar
