Perniagaan Kedai Langsir untuk Diambil Alih (Lengkap & Sedia utk Beroperasi) - Klang

Salam Warga Mudah,
Saya mempunyai kedai langsir yang telah beroperasi selama 7-8 tahun di Klang. Saya ingin melepaskan perniagaan ini kepada sesiapa yang berminat. Kedai langsir ini sedia utk beroperasi pada bila bila masa kerana ianya lengkap dengan :

- 2 Unit Penghawa Dingin (3 HP & 1.5 HP)
- 1 Unit Mesin Jahit Industri
- 1 Unit Mesin Jahit Tepi
- Semua jenis sample book fabric/blinds/wallpaper ( lebih kurang 150 buku )

- 2 Unit Meja Pejabat
- 1 Unit Almari File
- 1 Unit Kabinet Display
- Stock Aluminium Track
- Accessories Langsir yg pelbagai
- 2 Unit Rak Besi
- Pelbagai langsir display yg sedia ada
- 1 Unit Computer HP
- 1 Unit Mesin Fax/Tel
- 1 Unit Meja Kaca Bulat
- 1 Unit Meja Kopi
- DLL

Semua barang diatas dianggarkan mencecah 40k, tetapi saya hanya ingin menjualnya dengan harga 23k sahaja. Sewa bulanan murah, hanya RM900. Bimbingan ttg selok belok perniagaan akan diberikan kpd pemilik baru.

Kedai ini dijual dengan kadar SEGERA ( sehingga hujung bulan Mei sahaja ). Siapa Cepat Dia DAPAT!
