- Sihat tubuh badan, bersopan santun dan pandai menulis / membaca
- Berpengalaman menjaga kondo / apartment
- Gaji RM1400
- Pinjaman bulanan disediakan
- EPF / Socso diberi selepas tempoh percubaan
