2. Based on the brief during site visit, as informed by the consultant, the sand is offered for Joint Venture (JV) to new owner acquired or purchased from the Company xxxxxxxxxxSdn. Bhd. By MenteriBesar Incorporated.

3. For you information and your action, following detailed offer for the JV project:

Location : BatangBerjuntai, Kuala Selangor, Selangor

Land Size : 950.46 acres

Fractional Lots : 50 acres each

Total Lot : 19 lots ( 2 lots reserve for management and owner)

Booking : Each contractor JV can only book a maximum of 2 lots but if lots offered are not fully booked, the contractor may make additional reservations remaining lots.

Consultant
Fee : RM 2,000 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand Only)
- Every Company or Contractor should pay consultant fees upon site visit

JV Deposit : RM 50,000 each acres x 50 acres

= RM 2.5 Million (Ringgit Malaysia Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand Only)

RM 1.5 Million (Fixes Security Deposit)
Deposit will return when the contractor expires or contractor terminate the JV agreement.

- RM 1 Million (Initial fee and will be deducted based on the amount of sand production daily)

- JV Deposit payment of the balance must be paid at the latest 14 days before the operation started after all transactions complete and informed by the Consultant.

Booking Fee : 10% off RM 2.5 Million = RM 250,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand only

- Booking fee must be accompanied with a letter of interest (LOI). You should inform the booked number of lots and the total booking fee

- Letter of interest (LOI) must be addressed to the instruction(GST CONSULTANT ENTERPRISE)

- Booking fee have to use a bank draft
