Kepada sesiapa yang berada di Kuala Lumpur sama ada menaiki kereta, bas, kapal terbang, kereta api dan memerlukan pengangkutan sendiri untuk beriadah, urusan kerja dll serta tak mampu untuk menyewa kereta atau kenderaan ''breakdown'' dan tidak dapat ke tempat kerja. DOKUMEN YANG DIPERLUKAN (Documents Required)
1. Salinan Kad Pengenalan (Copy of Identity Card)
2. Salinan Lesen Memandu (Copy of Driving License)
3. Document asal semasa mengambil motosikal (The original document while taking motorcycle)
4. Bayaran Penuh semasa mengambil motorsikal (Full payment when taking motorcycle)
5. Wakil penyewa tidak akan di layan (Representative tenants will not be in)
TERMA DAN SYARAT (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
1. HARGA (Rates)
Sewa harian (24 jam) tiada had jarak. 24 jam bermula daripada masa Motosikal di ambil. Sekiranya lebih masa akan dikenakan bayaran tambahan RM5.00/jam.
Daily rental (24 hours) there is no distance limit. 24 hours starting from the time taken Motorcycles. If more time will be charged extra RM5.00/jam.
2. BAYARAN (Payment)
Bayaran hendaklah di bayar semasa mengambil Motosikal.
Payment must be paid while taking Motorcycles.
3. KECURIAN, KEROSAKAN DAN KEMALANGAN (Theft, Damages And Accident)
Sekiranya berlaku apa-apa kecurian, kerosakan dan kemalangan pada Motosikal sewa, para penyewa hendaklah membayar segala kos kerosakan dan mengikut nilai harga asal motorsikal tersebut sekiranya hilang. Pihak pemilik motorsikal juga tidak bertanggung jawab di atas kemalangan jalanraya biasa ataupun maut ke atas penyewa.
In the event of any stolen, damaged in the accident and motorcycle rental, the tenant shall pay all costs and damages according to the value lost if the original motorcycle. The motorcycle owner is not responsible for the above road accidents or fatal to the ordinary tenant.
4. KESALAHAN TRAFIK (Traffic Offenses)
Penyewa Motosikal bertanggungjawab terhadap segala saman yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak Polis Trafik, JPJ, PBT semasa tempoh sewaan.
Motorcycles tenant is responsible for all summons issued by the Traffic Police, JPJ, PBT during lease period.
5. PETROL (Petrol)
Minyak petrol semasa mengambil akan full tank dan mengembalikan motosikal mestilah tidak kurang dari 2 bar. Sekiranya kurang, para penyewa akan dikenakan anggaran bayaran kekurangan minyak itu.
Motorcycle petrol when take will full tank and returns must be the same as it was taken. If less, the tenant will be shortage of oil is estimated payments.
6. SYARAT PENUNGGANG / PENYEWA (Conditions Rider / Tenants)
Penunggang mestilah berumur 18 tahun- 65 tahun.mereka mesti mempunyai lesen menunggang tempatan atau antarabangsa dan berpengalaman menunggang.
Riders must be aged 18-65 tahun. They must have a license to ride a local or international and experienced riding.
7. LANJUTAN MASA SEWA (Extension Of Time Rents)
Sekiranya penyewa berkeinginan untuk membuat lanjutan masa, sila hubungi kami selewat-lewatnya 5 jam sebelum tempoh masa tamat.
If the tenant wishes to make further time, please contact us no later than 5 hours before the time runs out
