Salam warga majalah dot com,

Saya mencari ladang sawit untuk dipajak atau sewa. Keluasan ladang daripada 50 ke 100 ekar sekitar Selangor, Perak, Negeri 9 dan Pahang. Usia pokok sekitar 9 ke 15 tahun. Sila hubungi saya di 012-3080290 atau email maklumat ladang sawit ke shahrinkeriya@gmail.com

ada ladang sawit di Pahang untuk dipajak:

1. Keluasan - 1000 ekar

2. Pokok 12 -14 tahun

3. syarat dan terma:
a. Deposit 1 bulan + 1 bulan pajakan
b. tempoh pajakan 5 + 5 th
c. bayaran pajakan bulanan
d. maintainance ladang (baja/pruning, racun rumpai) atas pemajak

Perlu buat lawatan ladang dahulu
