Requirements |
• SPM or Diploma or Degree/Bachelor holders.
• At least 1 year working experience (IF ANY) .
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, can work under pressure and long hours, must follow instruction and SOP.
• Good experience in shipping industry is an advantage especially in export / import & transhipment.
Responsibilities |
Coordinator Inbound, Transshipment & Documentation Unit
OPERATION & LOGISTICS Department
• Responsible for inbound (import), transshipment and documentation which is preparing documentation as required by customers and other parties
• Answer phone calls from customers and consult as needed
• Manage and prepare the invoice and update manifest in the system as required by customers and proper filing the documents
• Completes and distributes related documentation in a well organised, accurate and timely manner.
• Any adhoc job as required by HOD
