Job Responsibility:

M&E Engineer / C&S Engineer

1. To coordinate all M&E and C&S services related to structural and architectural works.
2. To conduct M&E coordination meeting with all Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractor
3. To coordinate hand in hand provided by the surveyor
4. To liaise with client, architect, consultant, subcon, suppliers, authorities on site work and drawings and coordination matter
5. To assist in preparing, checking & monitoring their shopdrawing, coordination and as-built drawing submission as per schedule.
6. To strengthen communication between team
7. Carry out monitoring on daily programmes, site safety
8. To prepare material submission, method of statement and everything related to work
9. To prepare weekly and monthly project report
10. Any other duties and responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time.

Quantity Surveyor

1. To assist in tender / contract review, preparing contract documents, negotiation with contractors, contract adminidtration and drafting contractual
2. To carry out sourcing, evaluating quotation and tender for supply of material and service.
3. To assist in the preparation of project budjet and material schedule.
4. To attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meeting when necessary
5. Assist in cost control of client budjet throughout the project
6. Resolve issued related to contract on timely manner and ensure they are in accordance with condition and contract
7. Prepare BQ and tender documents
8. Any other duties and responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time.

Mechanic

1. Repair of vehicles, service vehicles and engine overhaul
2. Identify and troubleshoot damage of vehicles
3. Can work and communicate in groups with good cooperation
4. Can build a good relationship with customers
5. can repair the vihicles within a predetermined time
6. Any other duties and responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time.

Job requirement:

- Candidate must posses at least in Diploma/Degree/ or equivalent with relevant working experince
- Have B2, D licence.
- 3 years working experience in the related field
- Good command of the spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia (English-will be an advantages)
- Able to work under tight schedules and independently as well as a good team player
- Self-motivated with high level of integrity proactive, hardworking, and mature with good interpersonal and communication skill.
